Job Title: Call Dispatcher (Cleaning Services – UK Based Company)

We are a UK-based cleaning company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Call Dispatcher to handle our inbound and outbound calls. The role primarily involves scheduling cleaning appointments and requires prior experience working with British or American clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate our booking calendar according to cleaner availability.
  • Handle client calls: confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments when necessary.
  • Provide management with clear daily updates on all bookings and changes.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date appointment records.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken English and confident phone communication skills.
  • Previous experience as a dispatcher, appointment setter, or virtual assistant.
  • Proficient with scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.).
  • Highly organized, dependable, and able to work independently.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday – 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM (UK time).
  • Minimum of 4 shifts per week (12 hours each).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
