The Role Overview

As Execution Manager, you are the engine that powers strategic delivery. Reporting to the Strategy Manager, your job is to ensure every action item, milestone, and deliverable from the strategic plan is flawlessly executed. You'll monitor progress daily, enforce quality standards, manage bottlenecks, and escalate issues when needed. Your role keeps strategy alive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execution Tracking & Implementation: Operate the execution engine—track status, enforce timelines, escalate delays.
  • Multi-Project Oversight: Simultaneously manage 20+ projects, ensuring alignment with KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
  • Daily Huddle & Progress Checks: Conduct rapid syncs, follow-up, and unblock tasks proactively.
  • Accountability Enforcement: Address underperformance immediately—provide warnings or pivot to alternative resources.
  • Execution Documentation: Keep execution checklists, dashboards, and progress logs current and transparent.
  • Team Motivation: Lead with accountability and recognition to drive results.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify friction points and propose scaled solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Remove blockers by liaising across departments (Product, Sales, Marketing).
    AI-Enhanced Operations: Use tools (Zapier, dashboards, predictive alerting) to streamline workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, execution, or project management within fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to manage 15–20+ concurrent projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and accountability skills with a balance of firmness and collaboration.
  • Expertise with project management tools (Asana, Jira, , ClickUp).
  • Proficiency in AI-enabled workflow automation and real-time dashboards.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Benefits

  • Base Monthly Fee: USD $1,000 – $1,800

  • Performance Incentives: Up to USD $1,500 – $2,000 per month based on KPI performance

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): USD $2,500 – $3,500+ per month
