JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management of electrical works in construction projects. Ensures accurate BOQ preparation, tender evaluation, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinates with engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver electrical systems on time and within budget while complying with technical and contractual requirements.

JOB QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • With or without License
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, cost estimation, or quantity surveying.
  • With experience in Transmission Line, Distribution Line, Substation, Diesel Generator and /or Solar is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in handling cost management, procurement, and tendering processes for electrical systems in construction projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, electrical design software, and quantity surveying tools (Planswift, Sketchup, Bluebeam, or similar).
  • Ability to analyze and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and specifications.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Can start ASAP
