Quantity Surveyor (Makati City)

Makati City | Full-time | Onsite (Monday–Friday)

About the Role

Radix HR is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage costs and contracts for construction projects. This role ensures that every project is financially efficient, contracts are properly administered, and resources are maximized without compromising quality.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
  • Evaluate project budgets and provide cost control throughout the construction phase.
  • Review contracts, variations, and claims to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct site visits and verify completed works against billing.
  • Prepare progress payment certificates and final accounts.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers on cost and contract matters.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of relevant QS or cost control experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, pricing, and contracts.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and cost estimation software.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and with strong negotiation skills.
  • Licensed Engineer or QS certification is an advantage.
