Reports to: Head of Marketing

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: ₱45,000 PHP / Month

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and analytical Facebook Ads Manager to join our marketing team. This role works directly under the Head of Marketing and is responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing Facebook/Meta campaigns for multiple client accounts in the pet-waste-removal industry. You will ensure each client achieves measurable growth through strategic campaign execution, strong creative testing, and accurate tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Facebook/Meta Ads across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Build campaign structures including lead forms, website conversion ads, retargeting, and audience testing.
  • Set up and maintain pixel tracking, custom events, custom conversions, and aggregated event measurement.
  • Conduct creative testing (copy, images, videos), audience segmentation, and performance-focused optimization.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust budgets, bids, and targeting to meet KPIs.
  • Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining healthy cost-per-lead metrics.
  • Create weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations for internal and client review.
  • Troubleshoot pixel, domain verification, and conversion tracking discrepancies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on strategy, ad structure improvements, and new testing frameworks.
  • Stay current on Meta platform updates, industry best practices, and emerging paid-media trends.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing multiple Facebook Ads accounts (agency or multi-client experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, pixel setup, events, custom conversions, and A/B testing.
  • Experience with creative testing, lead generation funnels, and audience optimization.
  • Ability to troubleshoot tracking issues using Meta Events Manager and related tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Bonus: Experience with local service businesses, GoHighLevel, or Google Analytics.
