The opportunity:
As an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be a key player in driving our online presence, customer engagement, and sales growth. We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual who can create and execute impactful digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand awareness and drive revenue. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize our digital platforms and campaigns, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
1. Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:
· Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to drive online traffic, increase brand visibility, and boost sales and manage budget planning for the online business.
· Utilize various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing, to achieve marketing objectives.
· Work closely with our Retail Representative for 360 marketing, ensuring coordination between online and offline activities for consistency and better tracking.
2. Manage Online Advertising Campaigns and Marketplaces:
· Oversee online advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, e-commerce such Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and other relevant channels.
· Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, optimize strategies and manage budget allocation to achieve maximum ROI.
3. Content Creation and Social Media Management:
· Develop engaging and shareable content for social media platforms and email newsletters.
· Manage social media accounts, including content posting, community engagement, and responding to customer inquiries.
4. Website Optimization:
· Collaborate with web developer to optimize the website for user experience, mobile responsiveness, and SEO.
· Implement strategies to increase online conversion rates and reduce bounce rates, ensuring a seamless customer journey from online to offline and vice versa.
5. Email Marketing:
· Develop targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, drive sales, and manage the budget allocated for email marketing initiatives.
· Conduct A/B tests on email campaigns, analyze results, and refine strategies within the specified budget constraints.
6. Analytics and Reporting:
· Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
· Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the management team, highlighting key metrics, ROI analysis, and areas for improvement, ensuring budget utilization aligns with campaign effectiveness.
What you'll need to succeed:
- 3 years of relevant experience in either marketing, key account, consumer good management
- Experience with retail operations, including inventory management, customer service, and merchandising.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, curious and good at multi-tasking
- Willingness to step outside of the comfort zone and think creatively.
