E-Commerce Growth Specialist

We're looking for an E-Commerce Growth Specialist who can strengthen our conversion foundations, optimize marketplace presence, and scale revenue across three critical channels: Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. This role supports a fast-growing DTC brand focused on rapid testing, clean execution, and high-velocity content-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Shopify Conversion & UX Optimization
- Audit the Shopify store with a focus on mobile UX, checkout flow, layout hierarchy, and conversion bottlenecks.
- Update product pages, value propositions, imagery, and site structure for stronger conversions.
- Implement CRO best practices such as optimized add-to-cart steps, trust badges, and simplified checkout.
- Fix theme-level issues, UI/UX inconsistencies, and speed-related problems.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams for weekly updates and testing.
- Ensure Meta, TikTok, and Amazon tracking events are properly integrated and firing correctly.
- Reactivate, optimize, and manage TikTok Shop listings, ensuring compliance and readiness for scaling.
- Build and manage a creator affiliate network that drives daily sales through native Shop content.
- Set commission structures based on competitive benchmarks and product margins.
- Coordinate creator onboarding, content flow, and daily posting schedules.
- Analyze creator performance and identify high-converting angles, hooks, and formats.
- Work closely with the creative team and AI content team to maintain consistent daily output.
- Audit existing listings and identify immediate opportunities for better visibility and conversion.
- Rewrite titles, bullet points, and descriptions for keyword strength and clarity.
- Enhance product imagery using AI-generated visuals or creative direction.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to strengthen ranking and positioning.
- Monitor search performance, listing health, and category competitiveness.
- Support improvements to A+ content and marketplace branding consistency.
Required Skillsets & Experience
Shopify
- Strong background in Shopify CRO and mobile-first UX.
- Experience with theme customization, Liquid, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of tracking integrations (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Amazon Attribution).
- Familiarity with heatmap tools, funnel tools, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop and driving sales through creators.
- Understanding of TikTok native commerce algorithms and affiliate ecosystem.
- Experience with creator outreach, communication, and campaign management.
- Ability to analyze creator performance and adjust strategy quickly.
- Demonstrated success in optimizing Amazon listings and improving search ranking.
- Strong listing copywriting focused on clarity and conversion.
- Keyword research and competitor benchmarking experience.
- Comfortable refining imagery using AI tools or working with designers.
