Responsibilities:

COACHING AND MENTORING


•    Coaches and mentors agency supervisors and coordinators through regular joint fieldwork.

IN STORE EXCELLENCE

A.   Area Coordinator and Merchandiser Deployment


•    Coordinate with Partner Agency regarding immediate deployment of personnel due to absences or AWOL

B.   Availability/Assortment


•    Regular monitoring of MCL and PAL


•    Ensure fullness of display of all SKUs especially paid areas (chiller, MDs, tactical displays, etc.)


•    Work with KAM for SKUs which needs adjustments in ordering, identify causes of out of stocks to determine corrective action

C.   Pricing


•    Ensure pricing are within set standards or SRP


•    Reports store pricing that are cost or below cost

D.   Promotions Management


•    Execution of promotions in-store level – Trade Marketing and Account Specific promos


•    Ensure POPs (if allowed) are deployed correctly


•    Work with store personnel for promotions to be displayed with good visibility and guidelines are followed


•    Provide qualitative feedback to head office KAM on implementation of promotion every month

E.   Merchandising and Visibility


•    Ensure adherence to share of shelf and planogram for all categories set by Trade Marketing Group


•    Maintain structure of FSI investments (Special Racks, MDs, etc) in best condition

F.   Strategic Relationships


•    Develop good relationship with store personnel (Store Manager, Selling Area Supervisor, Warehouse/RDU Manager)

G.   Bad Order Management

· FIFO (First In First Out) / FEFO (First to Expire First Out) Implementation on shelf and warehouse stocks


•    Ensure Warehouse visit and good warehouse management is strictly enforced


•    Ensure no Bad Orders are displayed on shelf

ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTION

· Keep track of operational status of the assigned account

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales

3. Strong leadership and managerial skills.

4. Proficient in merchandising strategies and principles.

5. Strong analytical, organizational, and planning abilities.
