Responsibilities- Provide empathetic, patient-centered customer service as part of the clinical operations team
- Identify patient/client needs and translate them into actionable steps
- Build brand advocacy and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- 3+ years of experience as a contact center representative
- Professional behavior with a patient-centric attitude
- Detail oriented with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Computer literate
- Above-average communication skills
- Team player and brand advocate
- Commitment to compliance with HIPAA
- $6 USD hourly pay
- Weekly pay – Every Friday
- Work from home (no commuting required)
