Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in reaching their financial goals through proper planning and tailored solutions.
  • Cultivate trusting client relationships and provide consistent service and guidance.
  • Learn the essentials of sales, marketing, and leadership through structured coaching.
  • Join weekly team sessions and meetings for skills training and business reviews.
  • Recruiting advisors to be part of the team
  • On-boarding of the advisors
  • Activating the advisors through guiding, coaching, and training them
  • Responsible for managing the team of advisors
  • Collaboration in all branch, zone, and company activities
