We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented NetSuite Administrator to join our Accounting Systems Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our NetSuite ERP platform, with a specific focus on supporting and enhancing the Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. You will work closely with various cross-functional Accounting teams to improve system performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite System Administration

  • Manage and maintain key NetSuite modules including General Ledger, AR/AP, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, manage user access/roles, and coordinate with NetSuite support as needed.
  • Maintain system integrity through regular audits and proactive monitoring.

Order-to-Cash (O2C) Process Enhancements

  • Collaborate with Accounting and Sales Business Systems teams to analyze and improve O2C workflows within NetSuite.
  • Lead or support system enhancement projects focused on invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, and customer billing automation.
  • Drive efficiency, scalability, and accuracy in the O2C process using system tools like SuiteFlow, workflows, and custom scripts.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to streamline accounting and finance operations through system automation and workflow optimization.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system changes that align with business needs.

User Support & Training

  • Provide ongoing NetSuite support and training to accounting and finance users.
  • Create and maintain documentation, training guides, and best practice resources.

Project Participation

  • Participate in system and finance transformation projects including NetSuite upgrades, module rollouts, and integrations.
  • Act as a key resource on cross-functional initiatives impacting finance systems and processes.

Reporting & Data Integrity

  • Build and maintain saved searches, custom reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial and operational data.

Compliance & Controls

  • Ensure NetSuite configurations and processes meet internal control and compliance requirements.
  • Support external audit processes by maintaining clear and accurate system documentation and audit trails.
How to Be Successful in This Role
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience administering NetSuite, ideally within a Finance or Accounting environment.
  • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and financial operations.
  • Experience with NetSuite workflows, SuiteScript, and integrations (a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • NetSuite Certified Administrator (preferred).
  • Experience with ASC 606 / revenue recognition (a plus).
  • CPA or accounting background (a plus but not required).
