We are seeking a full-time NetSuite Administrator to serve as the organization's subject matter expert (SME) for all things NetSuite. This role is critical to the success of our ERP migration and ongoing system optimization. The ideal candidate is not only technically proficient but also excels at guiding users through ambiguous issues, shaping the best internal practices, and creating clear documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, including user roles, permissions, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, IT, etc.) to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Oversee data integrity through audits, imports/exports, and regular maintenance.
  • Support and help drive the ERP migration to NetSuite, ensuring data integrity, process alignment, and minimal disruptions.
  • Leverage SuiteScript and SuiteFlow to build and maintain customizations and automations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the NetSuite platform, serving as the go-to expert for all related matters
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, SOPs, and documentation for end-users, particularly accounting staff, to ensure high adoption and effective use of NetSuite functionalities.
  • Stay current with NetSuite updates and best practices, recommending improvements to maximize system performance.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets and financial reporting.
  • Experience supporting the finance team in month-end close, audit preparation, and compliance reporting using NetSuite.
  • Familiarity with GAAP and IFRS standards and how they are applied within ERP systems.
  • Ability to translate accounting requirements into system configurations, saved searches, and custom reports.
  • Experience supporting ERP migrations or major system transitions.
  • Proven experience with NetSuite Financials module in a multi-entity or multi-currency environment.

Experience and Certifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, ideally in a similar industry or company size.
  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
  • Preferably with NetSuite Administrator certification.
  • A CPA or equivalent accounting certification is a plus.
  • NetSuite Certifications is a plus.

Technical or specific skills (e.g., technical, computer)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate across cross-functional and diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to train and support non-technical users.
  • Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with data import/export functions.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
