We're looking for an experienced Oracle NetSuite Consultant with a strong accounting background to support financial system implementations, optimizations, and integrationsfor a pharmaceutical company headquartered in Mandaluyong City.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in NetSuite ERP and accounting principles, ensuring efficient financial processes and compliance. This role involves working closely with finance and IT teams to configure, customize, and enhance NetSuite solutions that streamline operations and improve business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and optimize Oracle NetSuite ERP to meet business and accounting requirements.
  • Work closely with finance teams to enhance financial reporting, general ledger management, AP/AR, and fixed assets accounting.
  • Ensure NetSuite workflows and configurations align with GAAP, IFRS, and other regulatory standards.
  • Integrate NetSuite with third-party financial systems, banks, and payroll solutions.
  • Conduct financial data migration, reconciliations, and audits to maintain data integrity.
  • Develop custom dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support financial planning and analysis.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to finance teams and end-users.
  • Stay updated on NetSuite best practices, new features, and accounting regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation, configuration, and administration.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with NetSuite modules such as GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Multi-Currency, and Consolidations.
  • Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting tools, tax compliance, and audit processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Can work hybrid (4 days WOS/ 1 day WFH)

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
