We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer with strong expertise in and NestJS to join our dynamic development team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing backend systems that power our core products and services.

This role involves building scalable and secure APIs, integrating third-party tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-performance solutions.

The main responsibilities of a SENIOR BACK-END DEVELOPER include:

  • Design, develop, and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs for new platform modules (e.g., community, CME, AI integration).
  • Refactor and optimize existing services to enhance performance, modularity, and scalability.
  • Integrate and manage third-party tools such as face recognition systems, payment gateways, SMS/email services, and AI endpoints.
  • Implement backend features including job queues, caching, and API rate limiting for efficient data processing and stability.
  • Write unit and integration tests, ensure code quality, and maintain clear technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality releases on time.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in backend development using (Express or NestJS frameworks).
  • Proficiency in MongoDB, Redis, and AWS services such as Lambda or ECS.
  • Familiarity with Python/FastAPI integration for AI-related microservices.
  • Proven experience in building scalable, secure, and multi-tenant architectures.
  • Strong understanding of API design principles, data structures, and system architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of serverless architecture and cloud-native development practices.
  • Understanding of modern authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).
