Partner with Global IT team members and the client community to deliver IT systems that utilize underlying Privileged Access Management solutions in support of business objectives to improve productivity and enhance security processes. Activities include analysis, interpretation, identifying trends, and taking corrective action. Responsibilities include leading and participating on project teams, and accountability for PAM technology within the respective area. Duties may include baseline infrastructure operational support, administrative and maintenance duties.

You will work as part of a global team, which is responsible for Privileged Access Management Services within the IT Infrastructure, CyberSecurity & Process Enablement team. Your core responsibility will be to design, implement, and deliver PAM systems and standards that support a secure and consolidated PAM services, including maintenance, optimization, and 3rd level support plus advanced technology consulting. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Consulting and Analysis: Meet regularly with IT colleagues and stakeholders to seek new opportunities to make their processes more efficient, effective, and/or secure. Make recommendations to utilize and implement improvements to PAM systems to meet needs. Determine/gather requirements to present possible solutions or improvements.
• Project/Solution Activities: Support goals by participating on or leading project teams. Deliver on assigned tasks and action items.
• Technical Focus: Serve as an expert on existing PAM applications/systems and underlying architecture. Employ comprehensive knowledge to influence technology decisions. Identify IT or Pharma industry processes or technologies that could provide BI with a competitive advantage.
• Documentation: Determine documentation requirements and produce documentation as required in support of baseline and project activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience:
  • Associate degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, MIS, or related field with a minimum of eleven (11) years of experience; or
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, MIS, or related field with a minimum of nine (9) years of experience; or
  • Master's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, MIS, or related field with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience; or
  • Relevant Business or IT experience of a minimum of eleven (11) years.
• Technical Expertise: Expert level of technical understanding and demonstrated knowledge for their area of responsibility.
• Life Cycle Methodology: Working knowledge of and experience with life cycle methodology required.

Preferred Experience:

• Global 2nd and 3rd level support for PAM solutions within the global team.
• Managing and operating PAM technologies and solutions.
• Participating in projects related to PAM systems.
• Managing support and development of PAM solutions in multiple global locations, working with local engineers and security providers as appropriate.
• Scripting development and support (e.g., PowerShell) as well as training sessions for end-users.
• Experience deploying and managing PAM solutions such as Delinea, CyberArk, HashiCorp, Akeyless, etc.
• Troubleshooting to resolve system and network-related issues.
• Expertise in configuring and supporting PAM solutions and technologies.
• Network Architecture and QoS (optimized for security) and Azure Active Directory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
