The company is seeking a Senior Systems Developer to design, build, optimize, and maintain applications that support Supply Chain processes — from automation tools and data management systems to reporting dashboards and custom user interfaces.

Role Overview

As a Senior Systems Developer, you will take ownership of building and improving applications used across the Supply Chain organization. You will develop backend and frontend functionalities, automate operational workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, efficient, and user-friendly applications.

You will also play a key role in deployments, technical documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization initiatives. Strong technical expertise, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new and enhanced applications for Supply Chain, including automation tools, data management solutions, and reporting dashboards with custom user interfaces.
• Conduct solution testing, prepare user training materials, and support deployment readiness.
• Prepare complete and detailed technical documentation to support collaboration, knowledge transfer, and long-term system maintenance.
• Coordinate deployment activities and monitor applications for post-release issues.
• Maintain existing Supply Chain applications and introduce improvements for continuous optimization.
• Troubleshoot reported errors, provide timely fixes, and ensure system stability and performance.
• Review code for refactoring, quality improvements, and best practice alignment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operational and development processes.
• Engage with Supply Chain stakeholders to understand processes, business requirements, and areas for enhancement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Senior-level experience with 8+ years in professional software development.

• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including query optimization and stored procedures.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, specifically:
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Azure Service Bus
• Azure Managed Identity
• Azure Storage Account
• Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor AI.
• Strong understanding of secure, scalable, and maintainable development practices.
• Ability to work with cross-functional groups and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
