Job Description

As a Level 3 MSP Engineer, you'll take charge of advanced troubleshooting, cloud migrations, infrastructure optimization, and team mentorship. You'll lead enterprise-level projects that ensure reliability, scalability, and innovation across global IT environments - becoming a trusted technical leader in managed services.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 5+ years of experience in an MSP or IT Systems Engineering role
• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Azure
• Strong networking knowledge (routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls)
• Advanced skills in FortiGate, Meraki, and cloud networking
• Solid understanding of backup, replication, and DR solutions
• Experience delivering client projects end-to-end
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Relevant advanced certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305, NSE4+, CCNP, or equivalent)

Your Daily Tasks

• Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for major incidents
• Plan and implement projects such as cloud migrations, server upgrades, and network redesigns
• Administer and optimize hybrid environments involving M365, Azure AD, Intune, and on-prem AD
• Configure and maintain FortiGate and Meraki firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs
• Manage and test backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions (Veeam, Datto)
• Review and enhance client infrastructure for performance, security, and scalability
• Assist with documentation, standardization, and process improvement
• Support the technical training and development of junior engineers
