We are looking for a Software Development Engineer with expert-level proficiency in React Native and strong experience in mobile application development. The ideal candidate will contribute to the full software development lifecycle—from analysis and design to coding, testing, and deployment—while collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in React Native development.
  • Lead and collaborate with team members to drive performance and delivery.
  • Make and own key technical decisions within the team.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to contribute to strategic initiatives.
  • Provide scalable solutions to technical challenges across multiple teams.
  • Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing to elevate team capabilities.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and innovations in development workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in React Native development.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript and related frameworks.
  • Experience in mobile application development and deployment.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integration.
  • Proficient in Git and version control workflows.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
