California-based construction company specializing in commercial, medical facility, and public works projects. As we expand our footprint in public and prevailing wage projects, we're looking for a skilled Construction Estimator who can deliver accurate, competitive bids that drive our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed takeoffs, cost estimates, and proposals for projects involving metal stud and drywall, wood framing, and T-bar ceiling systems.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents to determine scope and requirements.
  • Ensure prevailing wage compliance in estimates for public works and government projects.
  • Collaborate remotely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to verify costs and scope accuracy.
  • Track bid schedules and prepare professional bid submissions on time.
  • Stay current with California construction codes, labor rates, and public works requirements.
  • Contribute to the company's expansion into public works and medical facility projects.

Qualifications:

  • 3–4+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator.
  • Expertise in metal stud and drywall, wood framing, and T-bar systems.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically in metal stud and drywall systems is required.
  • Knowledge of California construction practices, prevailing wage, and public works bidding.
  • Direct experience with California construction practices is required
  • Proficiency with digital takeoff tools and estimating software.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup while managing multiple bids and deadlines.
  • Experience with medical facility or government projects is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
