Our expertise includes Drafting, Rendering, Estimating, Construction Administration, Loan Processing, IT, and Accounting services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for construction and civil engineering projects.
  • Manage tender processes, including reviewing inquiries, preparing tender documents, and submitting bids.
  • Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities in accordance with AU Standards and NCC compliance.
  • Subcontracts preparation and managing of execution with subcontractors
  • Preparing warranty period completion documentation
  • Responding to client and supplier queries in a timely manner
  • Preparation and submission of credit applications
  • Checking Pickards (AU building construction supplier) and other subcontractors quotes against Client budgets
  • Work closely with the director, creating social media posts on the fly (updates about projects, no advertising.)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least an associate or bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of offshoring/ outsourcing experience (with AU Client)
  • Proficiency with using Bluebeam, Planswift, Databuild or equivalent estimating and project management software. Knowledge of the app Jack is advantageous.
  • With strong oral and written English communication and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
  • Proven ability to trouble-shoot and effectively meet deadlines to meet established performance measures
