Overview

The Lead Research Specialist plays a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing potential leads for the sales team. This role focuses on non-voice interactions, utilizing various tools and strategies to source and qualify potential clients, ensuring a steady stream of prospects for the organization.

Job Highlights

Role Name: Lead Researcher

Monthly Rate: PHP 30,000-31,000

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours (8 paid hours/day)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central (1-hour unpaid break)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads using various online and offline methods
  • Maintain, track, and update leads in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy
  • Engage with prospects through direct email marketing campaigns
  • Qualify leads by assessing their interest and fit for the company's offerings
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential opportunities
  • Design and implement client or market surveys to gather insights about potential leads
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads
  • Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, providing insights for improvement

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B/B2C lead generation or a similar role
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and other relevant tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Knowledge of lead generation best practices and industry standards
