About the role

Diliman Doctors Hospital, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Staff to join our team in Quezon City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the Hospital's accounting and reporting functions.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform the processing and recording of accounts payable transactions and ensure that all invoices and staff reimbursements are paid accurately and in accordance with Finance policies and procedures
  • Manage the processing of cash receipts, recording of revenue and receivable
  • Perform the processing of functional and benefits expense allocations, monthly accruals, amortization of prepaid expenses, fixed assets depreciation and recording of adjusting and reclassification journal entries, if necessary.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with financial data
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines
