Job Summary:

The Accounting Staff is responsible for assisting in the accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting of all financial transactions. This role ensures compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and government regulations to support the organization's financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Prepare and process vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection and payment.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and supporting documents.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and other departments regarding billing and payments.
  • Perform other related accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
  • With at least 1 year of relevant work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Knowledgeable in accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
