JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTING STAFF

The Accounting Staff – Accounts Receivable is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of customer receivables. This includes preparing and issuing billings and statements, monitoring and updating AR records, and performing regular reconciliation of customer accounts. The role involves coordinating with clients for payment follow-ups, resolving discrepancies, ensuring proper documentation of all AR transactions, and maintaining organized records. The position also supports reporting requirements, contributes to month-end and year-end closing activities, and ensures all receivable processes comply with company policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related business field.
  • Preferably with experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php24,139.58 per month
