We're Hiring: HR Manager – Employer of Record (EOR)


Hybrid: 4 days WFH, 1 day onsite (near UST)

We're seeking an
experienced HR Manager
to lead end-to-end HR operations in an
EOR/Shared Services environment
, managing our
local and international client accounts
.
Knowledge of Sprout HR
and
hands-on EOR experience
is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR operations under the EOR model, ensuring full compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversee
    Compensation & Benefits
    ,
    Employee Relations
    , and engagement initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary HR partner for
    international client accounts
    , providing expert guidance on HR policies and workforce management.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and manage HRIS processes (Sprout HR knowledge is a plus).

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years progressive HR experience
    , including
    2+ years in a leadership role
    in an EOR, Shared Services, BPO, or international HR environment.
  • Strong experience in
    EOR operations
    and managing
    international clients
    .
  • Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance.
