Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about keeping the numbers in check? We are on the lookout for a proactive Finance Officer who thrives on accuracy and takes pride in clean, compliant, and timely financial reporting.

In this role, you will be hands-on across the full finance function, managing end-to-end accounts payable (processing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely payments) and accounts receivable (issuing invoices, allocating receipts, managing credit notes, and maintaining accurate debtor records). You will handle weekly bank reconciliations, resolve discrepancies quickly, and support month-end tasks, including inventory postings and general journals. What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Financial Accountant, Accountant or similar role.
  • Experience supporting Australian or New Zealand Clients.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable, accruals/prepayments, NZ GST, and month-end procedures.
  • Strong Excel skills and essential ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred. Power BI knowledge is a plus for accurate reporting and reconciliations.
  • Willingness to work Australasian hours.
  • Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City.
