  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, HR management, and billing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Leadership:
  • Overseeing recruitment strategies, managing job postings, and leading interviews.
  • Ensuring effective onboarding and training of new hires.
  • Employee Benefits and Compensation Administration:
  • Managing comprehensive employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Overseeing payroll and compensation processes.
  • Personal Development and Recognition:
  • Coordinating and overseeing personal development programs and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Assisting in the promotion process based on performance and development.
  • Comprehensive Employee Records Management:
  • Maintaining and updating all employee records, including performance, training, and promotions.
  • Managing disciplinary actions and issuing memos as needed.
  • Billing, Collection, and Disbursement Oversight:
  • Supervising billing and collection processes.
  • Overseeing disbursement processes and coordinating with the Treasury Department.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance:
  • Maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and managing BIR files.
  • Assisting in financial audits and ensuring compliance with tax obligations.
