Knockdown Group, mainly our events-management agency, Knockdown Events Productions, is on the lookout for a full-time Account Executive

Position Summary:

The Account Executive (AE) provides essential administrative and coordination support to the Accounts Department. They assist the Account Manager (AM) by handling internal documentation, routing, and timeline tracking across departments. The AE ensures smooth communication and progress within the internal team — freeing up the AM to focus on client relations, strategy, and project oversight.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, organize, and route all internal documents including project briefs, costings, and proposals
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Productions, Creatives, Finance, and Logistics) to ensure deliverables and requirements are met on time
  • Monitor project timelines and update trackers to reflect current progress and pending tasks
  • Handle follow-ups and internal reminders to keep projects moving efficiently
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all files are properly labeled and stored in shared drives
  • Support the Accounts Department in preparing internal reports, pitch decks, and reference materials
  • Assist in scheduling and documentation for internal syncs and project updates

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
  • Comfortable with project tracking tools and digital filing systems

Other Skills:

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Clear and professional communicator within internal teams
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good analytical and coordination skills for project tracking
  • Flexible and adaptable to dynamic timelines and changing priorities
  • Team-oriented and dependable in providing support to AMs and the Accounts Department

Other Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a college degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising/Media, or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year of experience in project coordination, documentation, or administrative support in the creatives or events industry is preferred
  • Must be open to a hybrid setup (work-from-home and on-site as needed)
