As a Service Representative at LIC Printing Shop, you will serve as the face of our brand, engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide the right solutions.

Your main goal: help clients find what they need and ensure a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.

You will be responsible for:

  • Understanding Customer Needs – Conduct initial discussions to identify customer requirements and concerns.
  • Presenting Services – Explain our available printing solutions, provide quotations, and secure client approval.
  • Persuading Customers – Communicate the benefits of our trusted service and showcase successful client experiences.
  • Building Relationships – Develop and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Ensuring a Positive Experience – Make sure every interaction leaves a professional and lasting impression.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management is an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client accounts
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, and online communication tools)
  • Knowledge in CorelDRAW is an advantage; training will be provided
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude when dealing with clients
  • Willing to be trained and eager to grow within the company
