Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist in facility maintenance, coordinating with vendors or service providers
  • Handle filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry tasks
  • Monitor and assist with company vehicle scheduling and usage logs
  • Support in organizing internal events, meetings, or company activities
  • Assist in processing utility bills, rentals, and other administrative payments
  • Distribute internal communications and ensure bulletin boards are updated
  • Coordinate office repairs, cleaning schedules, and minor upkeep
  • Maintain records of equipment, furniture, and other office assets
  • Perform messenger duties such as delivering documents, collecting supplies, etc.
  • Provide general support to visitors and employees regarding admin needs
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and safety procedures
