Qualifications:
- Preferably Male
- Bachelor degree of any degree
- With or without experience in the General Affairs
- Proficient in excel and digital tools for data and workflow management
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist in facility maintenance, coordinating with vendors or service providers
- Handle filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry tasks
- Monitor and assist with company vehicle scheduling and usage logs
- Support in organizing internal events, meetings, or company activities
- Assist in processing utility bills, rentals, and other administrative payments
- Distribute internal communications and ensure bulletin boards are updated
- Coordinate office repairs, cleaning schedules, and minor upkeep
- Maintain records of equipment, furniture, and other office assets
- Perform messenger duties such as delivering documents, collecting supplies, etc.
- Provide general support to visitors and employees regarding admin needs
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and safety procedures
