Descriptions:

  1. Assist tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and ensure compliance with lease agreements.

  2. Maintain accurate lease records.

  3. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

  4. Track rent payments, security deposits, and operational expenses.

  5. Assist Clients in buying, selling, and renting properties/units.

  6. Scheduling property viewings.

  7. Create and Manage listings, including the advertisements of properties/units through online channels.

We are looking for potential candidates who possess the following qualifications:

✓ Bachelor's degree in any Business or Property Management courses.

✓ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

✓ Basic computer skills.

✓ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.

✓ Willing to be trained.
