About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support our partner in designing and optimizing solutions aligned with OutSystems development practices. The role requires strong business analysis skills, effective collaboration with both business stakeholders and technical teams, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements that drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with OutSystems development capabilities.
  • Process Mapping & Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve business processes, create process maps, and ensure development efforts support optimization goals.
  • Solution Design: Partner with developers, architects, and project managers to design solutions that meet business needs while following OutSystems best practices.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between business units and development teams, maintaining clear communication and alignment on milestones.
  • Requirements Management: Manage requirement backlogs, prioritize tasks, and translate complex needs into actionable development items.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Business Analyst.
  • Technical Exposure: Experience with Android and Apple application development.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure complex requirements.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Methodology: Experience working in Agile environments (backlog management, sprint planning).
  • Preferred: Scrum Master Certification and familiarity with OutSystems development.
