Job Summary:

We are seeking Business/Systems Analysts to support business process analysis, system design, and requirements gathering across various technology and operational projects. This role acts as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into functional specifications and ensuring systems and solutions are aligned with strategic objectives. Ideal candidates will be analytical thinkers with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of IT systems and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and observations.

· Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications for IT and development teams.

· Analyze current workflows, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement or automation.

· Support the design, testing, and implementation of new systems or enhancements.

· Develop process models, data flow diagrams, user stories, and use cases.

· Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirement validation sessions, and change impact assessments.

· Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA testers, and end-users to ensure solution accuracy and user readiness.

· Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), training materials, and post-implementation support.

· Ensure documentation is clear, up-to-date, and aligned with business and compliance standards.

· Monitor solution performance and recommend continuous improvement measures.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

· –5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, JIRA, Confluence).

· Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.

· Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise business systems is a plus.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
