Platform Solution Analyst (Hybrid | Night Shift)

Location: MOA, Pasay

Work Schedule: Night Shift (starts at 9:00 PM)

Set-up: Hybrid (2–4x a month Return-to-Office)

About the Role

We're looking for a Platform Solution Analyst who will play a key role in supporting operational processes, implementing improvements, and driving automation initiatives. This role involves ensuring data accuracy, enhancing platform efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support operational processes, improvement projects, automation initiatives, and training efforts.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized operating procedures.
  • Monitor for issues or risks, escalate inconsistencies, and partner with leadership for resolution.
  • Manage internal and external requests, ensuring timely updates within the platform.
  • Evaluate, design, and enhance macros, queries, dashboards, and automation logic.
  • Contribute to ongoing platform enhancements and other ad hoc operational projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Financial Data Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH, Pivot Tables, VBA, and Macros).
  • Knowledge of operational data reconciliation and quality assurance.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management and dependability
  • Ability to handle confidential business information

Nice to Have

  • Experience in operations, client service, or data analysis
  • Background in the financial services industry
  • Familiarity with Alternative Investments (Private Equity and Hedge Funds)
