Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Collaborate with the HR leadership team to ensure alignment of strategies with business goals.
  • Provide support in workforce planning, talent acquisition and employee development.

HR Advisory and Employee Relations

  • Provide support to the HR Business partners in implementing the guidelines and processes for managers and employees on HR related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Conduct stay-in interviews, focus groups, and other similar engagement sessions to gauge employee sentiment and address concerns.
  • Co-lead business-specific activities and employee recognition programs.
  • Support and co-create engagement plans that align with corporate-led programs.

Talent Management

  • Provide support in overseeing the employee lifecycle from recruitment to retention.
  • Aid in developing and implementing strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining top talents.
  • Educate employees on performance management system, including performance planning/goal setting, annual evaluations, PIP cases, career conversations and promotions process.

Organizational Development

  • Aid in implement initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Co- lead HR efforts during organizational changes such as expansion or restructuring.
  • Provide support in developing effective strategies to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption.

HR Administration:

  • Ensure compliance with DOLE guidelines.
  • Effectively manage and maintain employee files and government reporting.
  • Oversee employee benefits program administration and benefits filling and processing.
  • Provide support in managing disciplinary process

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in total rewards management or a related field.
  • Experience in HR Business Partnering, Onboarding, Offboarding, Employee Life Cycle and compensation practices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to professionally handle confidential material and associated issues.
  • Highly analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels.
  • Must be willing to relocate in Zambales.
