DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct daily inventory and sample requisition audit, and consume spare parts, office supplies, and process purchased requisitions to attain and maintain healthy minimum and maximum stocking levels.

- Conduct daily inventory of common tools, quarterly inventory of technician tools, and purchase/ borrow/ acquisition of tools as per the needs of analysis.

- Maintenance of the Physical Store, storage, and working area, and its compliance with 5S and Safety.

- Coordinate with the procurement department for the on-time process of PO, acquisition of the correct purchase requisition, accurate lead time delivery, and on-time warehouse receiving of arrived parts.

- Helps in the conduct of maintenance checks for units/machines in the flexible and extrusion department, and/or conducts preventive maintenance of all equipment.

- Safekeeping of all tools and equipment before and after the end of the shift.

- Process fabrication work order and purchase necessary parts and machine accessories that are needed in-house and 3rd party machine shops/tooling requirements.

- Reports regularly to the immediate superior for updates on spare parts, healthy stock levels and inventory, fast-moving consumption and acquisition, tool usage and acquisition status, and overall equipment engineering budget.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate of Electromechanical or any Electronic and Mechanical related courses, Business related courses can apply with knowledge of machine parts and accessories.

- At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in the same industry/position or equivalent.
