Address: Monday to Saturday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Calculates compensation, distributing pay, updating employee records, preparing reports for management, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Investigate, resolve, and identify discrepancies in payroll records and employee timesheets.
  • Manage and collaborate with local payroll teams and banks to handle the computation, review, and distribution of local payroll.
  • Handle other compensation and bonus-related tasks, and support internal and external coordination.
  • Coordinate with regional HRBPs on local employee compensation changes, incentives, and bonus payments.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree Preferably Human Resources, Accountancy, or Financial Management.
  • At least 2 years experience in Payroll.
  • Knowledgeable in processing employee payments accurately, timekeeping, ensuring tax and labor law compliance, and handling employee inquiries about wages and deductions.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Applications (Excel and Spreadsheets).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php25,000.00 per month
