About The RoleThe Team Lead will manage client relationships and lead a Manila-based relationship management team, developing strategic account management practices, driving customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth within enterprise clients. The role involves mentoring team members and collaborating with account teams across Australia and the Philippines.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account Management and Business DevelopmentDevelop and implement relationship management strategies aligned with business goals. Establish processes, tools, and best practices for the new relationship management function. Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling. Act as a point of escalation for complex client issues. Support Relationship Managers in strategic planning and client meetings.
Team Leadership and DevelopmentLead, mentor, and coach the Relationship Management team. Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members. Conduct performance reviews and develop individual growth plans.
Foster a collaborative team environment and facilitate knowledge sharing. Qualifications5 years in B2B account or relationship management, preferably in Telco or ICT.2 years in a team lead or supervisory role. Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycle and account management best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
Preferred QualificationsExperience building and scaling relationship management teams. Certifications in leadership and coaching. Deep technical knowledge of telecommunications and ICT solutions.
