Senior HR Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice and support on all aspects of HR management.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in Australian employment legislation, with a strong emphasis on Western Australian (WA) laws and compliance frameworks. They will also possess a solid understanding of Australian workplace legislation, particularly WA-specific regulations.

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters, including employment law, industrial relations, and public or private sector employment frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HR processes and systems.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of employee information, including personnel files, performance reviews, and training records.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HR management, preferably in an Australian-based organization.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, including Western Australian (WA) laws and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant HR software systems.
