We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Project Development Officer to lead our real estate development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, defining products for specific markets, identifying land suitable for acquisition, and overseeing project implementation to ensure it is done as approved by management. This role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and strategic planning to enhance the company's real estate portfolio and support its expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate development sector.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Define real estate products tailored to specific market demands.
  • Identify and evaluate land suitable for acquisition and development.
  • Oversee project implementation to ensure it is executed as approved by management.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and expand market reach.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
  • Present and pitch real estate projects to potential investors and stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry developments and recommend strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations for management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and investment opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Product development and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for site visits.
  • Experience working with real estate developers.
  • Knowledge of property laws, zoning regulations, and real estate financing.
  • Financial modeling.
