Creative Cuisine Group is a group of restaurants owned and managed by the Dytian siblings, who are recognized professionals in the Philippine culinary industry, particularly in Cebu.

The business started in the year 1991 when Kaffee Alde bakeshop opened, and now we are expanding as we launched other brands and opened the franchise over Visayas and Mindanao.

Position: PACKER

Job Summary:

A Packer is responsible for preparing, packing, labeling, and organizing food items according to company standards and quality guidelines. The role ensures that all products are handled safely, properly portioned, and packed for delivery, distribution, or storage. Food Packers play a vital part in maintaining food safety, hygiene, and efficiency within the production or kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack, seal, and label food products according to set standards and portion requirements.
• Inspect food items to ensure freshness, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and food handling procedures at all times.
• Operate basic packing equipment (e.g., sealers, weighing scales, labeling machines).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area.
• Monitor packaging materials and report shortages or issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure accurate counts and correct labeling of food items before distribution.
• Assist in inventory management by recording packed items and monitoring stock levels.
• Follow health, safety, and company policies to prevent contamination or spoilage.
• Work closely with the production and kitchen teams to meet daily packing quotas.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or equivalent
• With or without experience (training will be provided)
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• Keen attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong sense of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
• Team player with good communication skills
• Willing to be assigned at PEACE VALLEY SUDLON LAHUG
