Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketer to support our marketing team'sdigital initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about growing their skillset in digital marketing. The successful candidate will assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, support the creation of marketing assets, and help analyze campaign performance to facilitate improvements.

Key duties and responsibilities


• Campaigns

o Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads,

Facebook Ads, Email, and Viber/SMS.

o Assist in the conceptualization and creation of ad campaigns, including drafting search

ad copies and coordinating the production of creative materials for both static and video

ads.

o Help configure and monitor audience segments to enhance campaign targeting.

o Work under the guidance of the Marketing Services Team to assist in developing multi-

channel marketing assets based on detailed briefs from project and category managers.

o Contribute to the review of campaign performance metrics, offering insights and

suggestions for optimization.

o Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in email and digital marketing

to support innovative campaign strategies.


• Website

o Assist in tracking SEO and Google Analytics data to monitor website performance.

o Help ensure that website content, including banners, collection pages, and blog articles,

is current and engaging.

o Ensure product pages are SEO optimized with the appropriate photos, descriptions, and

meta fields.

o Support website usability and conversion rate testing efforts to improve overall user

experience and effectiveness.

o Participate in the creation and implementation of online promotions on the ecommerce

platform under the supervision of senior team members.

Qualifications


• 2+ years' experience of working in a digital marketing role or other relevant position preferably with industry experience from Advertising agency


• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.


• Basic understanding of Google AdWords, Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.


• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a willingness to develop analytical skills.


• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.


• An enthusiastic team player with a keen interest in digital marketing trends and technologies.


• Familiarity with the Shopify ecommerce platform is beneficial but not required.
