Job Summary
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative professional with at least 2+ years of digital marketing experience who is eager to take ownership of campaigns, optimize performance, and enhance our online presence. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Services Team, project managers, and category leads to deliver impactful multi-channel campaigns, improve customer engagement, and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Email, Viber/SMS, and others).
- Develop and refine ad copies, audience targeting, and creative assets to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the conceptualization of integrated marketing assets in line with project and category goals.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices, applying them to campaign strategies.
Website & E-Commerce
- Manage and monitor SEO and Google Analytics performance to increase visibility and traffic.
- Ensure website content (banners, product pages, blogs, landing pages) is always updated, engaging, and aligned with brand goals.
- Implement and review SEO optimization strategies for product and category pages.
- Support conversion rate optimization (CRO) by testing usability, layouts, and user experience improvements.
- Coordinate online promotions and campaigns on the e-commerce platform.
Customer Relationship & CRM
- Collaborate with the CRM team to manage customer data integrity and ensure smooth integration across platforms.
- Develop email marketing journeys and customer engagement campaigns to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Monitor and report on customer engagement metrics, offering insights for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally with exposure to paid media, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and campaign reporting; advanced analytical skills preferred.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong project management skills — able to handle multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
- Proactive, data-driven, and eager to innovate with new tools and marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
