Junior Graphic Designer

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer or Junior Multimedia Designer who can bring creative ideas to life through visual storytelling. If you love working on digital designs, motion graphics, and video content that connect with audiences, this role is for you.

About the Role

As a Multimedia Artist, you'll help create and produce a wide range of static and dynamic materials for various brands. You'll be part of a creative team that collaborates closely on campaign ideas, marketing visuals, and content executions — gaining valuable experience across multiple industries and digital platforms.

Who You'll Design For

Our clients range from leading pharmaceutical and health brands to popular restaurants, FMCG food brands, personal care, and everyday "masa" brands. This role gives you the opportunity to explore different creative styles and build a diverse professional portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Develop key visuals for marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Create static and animated content optimized for social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
  • Apply solid design principles — balance, color theory, typography, and layout
  • Use graphic design and video editing software to produce creative outputs (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the team for briefings, brainstorms, and creative presentations
  • Contribute to creative proposal materials such as storyboards, concept boards, and design rationales
  • Assist in designing logos, brand guides, and templates
  • Participate in photo or video shoots, when necessary
  • Perform other design-related tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)
  • Immersed in social media platforms and aware of the latest content trends
  • Experience in graphic design, video editing, and basic animation
  • Strong creativity and awareness of pop culture and design trends
  • Positive work attitude and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Updated portfolio of creative works

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Degree in Advertising, Fine Arts, Digital Arts, or Multimedia Arts
  • Basic knowledge of video production processes (pre- and post-production)
  • Experience working in an advertising or digital agency
  • Certified training in design, animation, or editing software
