About the role

We are seeking a talented Lawyer to join our dynamic team at 2B1 CONSULTANCY INC.'. As a Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic, high-quality, and timely legal services to our diverse client base. This position is a full-time opportunity based in Bonifacio Global City Taguig City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial legal matters
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and commercial instruments
  • Providing guidance on regulatory compliance, including issues related to corporate governance, intellectual property, and data privacy
  • Supporting the company's growth initiatives, including investments, tenders, and the implementation of strategic projects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of legal services
  • Mentoring and leading junior legal counsel, as needed

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department
  • Must possess a law degree to meet the minimum qualification requirements for this position
  • Extensive expertise across a wide range of corporate and commercial legal practice areas
  • Proven ability to provide pragmatic, commercially-focused legal advice to both operational staff and senior stakeholders
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest legal developments and industry trends
  • Admission to the Philippine Bar is required for this role
