The successful candidate will assist in legal research, document drafting, and case management, ensuring all work meets high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings to support case strategies
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
  • Maintain and organize case files and related documentation
  • Coordinate with lawyers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and workflow
  • Assist with compliance tracking and general administrative support

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a law firm or legal department preferred (exposure to Australian law is an advantage)
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, research, and documentation processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw)
