You’ll play a key role in keeping our overseas recruitment operations compliant, efficient, and worker-centered — from contract drafting to government liaison work. What You’ll Do Draft, review, and validate employment contracts for overseas deployment in line with Philippine labor laws and POEA/DMW regulations . Provide sound legal advice on labor, immigration, and deployment requirements for Filipino workers abroad. Liaise with POEA/DMW, DOLE, embassies, and consulates to ensure smooth documentation and compliance. Manage legal risks related to recruitment, deployment, and foreign employment. Advise management on contract negotiations, regulatory issues, and dispute resolutions . Ensure all internal policies and contracts align with local and international legal standards . Prepare and maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and government reports .
