As a Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Review all OASIS assessments to ensure appropriateness, completeness and compliance with federal and state regulations and organized policy.
  • Report escalations or problematic trends to the management noted during OASIS review.
  • Promptness, effective team communication and adherence to Home Health Protocols
  • Effective collaboration with the other departments involving the patients' care and treatment
  • Any QA tasks provided by the manager

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse with active PRC License
  • 6 months experience in the BPO industry is an advantage
  • Knowledge in reading medical charts & Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is required.
  • Experience in the clinical/hospital setting is a plus

Others:

  • Excellent communication skills both oral & written
  • Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Amenable to work on site with US schedule (PST/DST)
  • Must be willing to work in a night shift schedule.
