Summary:

The Quality Assurance Analyst manages audit requests for assigned clients, ensuring the right inspectors are chosen and audits meet client expectations. They respond to inquiries, review audit reports for accuracy, and update managers on important issues. They also handle billing after audits. The goal is to improve service quality, reduce costs, and maintain good relationships with clients and inspectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule audits.
  • Assign qualified inspectors.
  • Communicate with clients, inspectors, and managers.
  • Review and approve audit results.
  • Maintain accurate records and billing.
  • Support ISO standards and continuous improvement.
  • Report on quality and system performance.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Quality Assurance in Fraud and Risk Management Industry is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Experience in Auto and/or Equipment Finance industry desired.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and web navigation.
  • Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and highly motivated team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in teams.
  • Maintain effective working relationships.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
