Your Day-to-Day

  • Provide day-to-day support for vendor and SaaS applications used in Procurement & Supply Chain.
  • Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, ensuring timely updates and communication.
  • Apply IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Coordinate with multiple technical and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Support system updates, enhancements, and evergreen maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of workflows, processes, and support procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study is highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar IT application support or IT operations role.
  • Hands-on experience supporting vendor/SaaS applications in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM principles, particularly Incident and Change Management.
  • Practical experience with ServiceNow Incident and Task Management.
  • Exposure to Procurement and Supply Chain Management applications such as Smart by GEP or SAP Ariba will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with procurement workflows, supplier management, or supply chain processes.
  • Open to a 1-year fixed contract, subject to extension

Work Setup

  • Location: Makati City (Hybrid setup – 2 days onsite)
  • Shift: Dayshift, Monday to Friday
